In this regard, the roles that HR combines can no longer be counted on the fingers of even one hand. We managed to count 8 of them.  <\/p>\n<p>So here&#8217;s a list of roles that a hiring manager combines today.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d7f9c3d elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d7f9c3d\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>1. Accelerator<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today, speed is of the utmost importance. In today&#8217;s world, when information is updated every second, the ability to make quick decisions is one of the advantages of your business. In most companies, the pace of various processes is too slow, with endless reorganizations and bureaucratic issues slowing down the entire mechanism. HR can help speed up the decision-making process.   <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-d69d079 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"d69d079\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>2. Connecting link<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Today, companies are all about relationships. HR should focus on building and strengthening relationships. Between countries. Between functional areas. Between the older generation and the younger generation. Between baby boomers and generations Y and Z. Between traditions and innovations. Between trend setters and followers. Designer.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Since HR&#8217;s task is to create and maintain a favorable atmosphere in the company, they have been actively involved in workplace design for some time. After all, HR can evaluate both the functionality of the space and think through the details to make the workplace as comfortable as possible and meet the needs of different groups. So, for example, they always know that it is necessary to include such important elements as desks without partitions, quiet areas or rooms, traditional meeting rooms, and special meeting rooms in the design project.  <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-2592eaf elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"2592eaf\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>4. 4. Keeper of values<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Companies and people are becoming more and more value-driven. Strong values need to be constantly defended and nurtured. Responsible for training and development of employees<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Dynamic and successful companies are constantly improving the level of their employees through training and professional development. HR plays a crucial role in the continuous education of staff: it needs to motivate people to complete training programs (often perceived as an unnecessary and boring waste of working time), and ensure that the results of training have a positive impact on the company as a whole. <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-0d8e19e elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"0d8e19e\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>6. Analyst<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Traditionally, data analysis has been one of the core competencies of HR. Nevertheless, modern HR is increasingly digitized and cannot do without analytics, and this is where the latest technologies come in. HR should have its own points of information throughout the organization, and HR analytics tools should be at hand at all times. How do employees behave in critical situations? What are their abilities and skills that are becoming obsolete and simply no longer relevant? At the same time, HR analytics should no longer just help you keep your finger on the pulse, but also anticipate possible situations and predict the need for certain resources.     <\/p>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e59f16a elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"e59f16a\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p><strong>7. Receptionist employee<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>An important quality in HR is hospitality. When companies research the experience of employees when getting to know the organization, they often mention how difficult it is to find relevant information about the staff. Of course, there are internal networks, but it&#8217;s not always possible to find the information you need quickly. If you try to contact the HR service center, it&#8217;s hard to get through to them. Based on this, we can conclude that hospitality as a skill should be at the highest level for HR employees.
