Senior UI/UX Designer

We are looking for a Senior UI/UX Designer to join our Base Blocks team who enjoys working with innovative clients as much as we are and who would like to make mobile or web applications, ads, and other marketing materials that stand out in the crowd.

Base Blocks tech provides Software Development, Product Management, and Design services to startups and small and medium businesses. We aim to grow in a number of clients to expand our portfolio and offering. Expanding the design team and making it even stronger is part of our goal of being a tech partner to our clients. As a part of our team, you will have a key role in this process. You will work with well-known rising companies or who are starting their journey. It means a decent level of freedom and a proactive approach to implementing great design for them.

Responsibilities
—Current UX/UI process improvement
— Taking part or conducting your own product research – user interviews, competitor analysis, etc.
— With the help of the product owner and/or stakeholders making sure that user flows solve user problems
— Building interfaces for mobile and web applications
— Communicating with stakeholders about design implementation and its improvements
— UI/UX improvements for the applications that we are already working on
— Designing new pages on the client’s websites or re-designing some sections on the existing pages
— Supervision and mentorship the UI/UX team members

Requirements
— 4+ years of experience in a UX/UI design
— Excellent knowledge of Figma and prototyping in Figma
— Strong understanding of the usage of interface elements and their interaction patterns
— Proficient knowledge in research and competitors analysis for a product
— The ability to create Sitemaps, User Flows, Customer Journey Maps, Wireframes, Mockups and Clickable Prototypes for Web/Mobile Applications
— The ability to create and maintain design systems
— Being user advocate
— Understanding of the tech industry and the latest UI/UX trends
— Upper-Intermediate English level
— Good communication skills and a strong desire to be a team player
— The ability to create original graphic designs would be a plus (e.g. marketing banners, lending pages etc.)
