Responsibilities:
– Financial planning for the group of companies
– Financial risks assessment and analysis
– Budget planning and budget review for the group of companies
– Planning, managing, and monitoring cash flow and expenses
– Analyzing and reporting on financial performance in a timely manner
– Retain constant awareness of the company’s financial position and develop financial solutions
– Tax planning for the group of companies
– Assessment of investment projects
– Managing the process of new entities foundation (if needed)
– Develop and implement financial policies and processes for the group of companies
– Set targets for and supervise all accounting and finance personnel
– Manage effective relationships with partners, banks and key vendors of the company
– Collaboration with different departments (HR, Legal etc.) to ensure all the business processes are effective and supported
– Supervise all financial processes of the company, ensure prompt payment of all company-agreed expenditure
– Other related tasks as deemed necessary by the business.

Additional requirements:
– From 3 to 5 years of similar experience
– CySec certification is a major benefit
– Good English language skills
– Excellent computer literacy
– Good communication and managerial skills
